5. 4. Congo is irresponsible for all shipping issues (lateness, undelivered orders, etc), but the expedition service.
6. 5. Transaction security is under the direct warranty by iPaymu or related banks (when paying through direct transfer).
7. 6. Congo is irresponsible for all of payment issues (installments, billings, etc). Customers should contact their credit-card provider banks directly.
8. 7. All orders by direct transfer are instantly processed after customers send their transfer receipts through the page of Payment Confirmation *hyperlink.
9. 8. All online transactions should be conducted in Congo’s web store (https://store.congosolidwood.id). Thus, Congo Solid World is irresponsible for all online transactions out of Congo’s web store.

About In-house Shipping

In-house shipping is a FREE OF CHARGE shipping service by Congo Solid Wood. Your order is to be directly shipped by Congo Solid Wood’s couriers.

Terms and conditions:

1. 1. Minimum order should be IDR 5, 000, 000,- (Five million rupiahs).
2. 2. The order is to be shipped during our 14-business days since the acceptance of the payment ( excluding holidays).
3. 3. The service only covers the shipping to areas of Jabodetabek and Bandung Raya.
4. 4. We do not provide any shipping receipt or tracking delivery feature for this shipping service.
5. 5. We guarantee the security as well as the wholeness of any ordered good under the inhouse shipment procedure.
6. 6. Customers should record the process of unboxing their orders by video. Any complaint without the unboxing video will not be processed.
7. 7. Our couriers do not serve the assembling process for knockdown products.
